WaveTame Technologies Ltd is a UK company dedicated to the manufacture of EMI shielding and thermal interface products to effectively control radio frequency emissions and manage thermal dissipation in electronic applications. We keep good stocks of raw materials and offer lead times of typically 1-2 weeks where new tooling is required, down to 2-3 days where tooling exists for either custom or standard outlines.
We supply gaskets made from a wide range of materials and components, many of which can be custom built to your particular requirements. Our EMI/RFI product range includes environmental seals, EMI/RFI gaskets, conductive elastomers, oriented wire in silicone, fabric wrapped foam and metallised fabrics, shielding foils and tapes, screen meshes, shielded windows and vents, knitted mesh, conductive adhesives and earthing straps.
For applications requiring thermal management we supply thermally conductive electrically insulating pads, gap fillers, thermal greases and thermal adhesives, we also supply hardware such as transistor mounting clips, heatsinks and RFI shielded thermally conductive pads.
Our experience in the industry enables us to identify and supply original or equivalent parts for legacy or obsolete materials, and as we won't impose a minimum order quantity you can buy from us in small amounts, ideal for prototyping or maintenance runs with low volume requirements.
